Hi my name is James West. My favorite subject is Science and Math. I enjoyed making the volcano in science a couple of weeks ago and Mrs.Thompson is the best 4th grade teacher I know. I love Division. Here's a example 40/8=5 all you do is count up until you get to the number and how many fingers are up.

Last week, I gave my students a choice on how to present their information from our Science Chapter. They got to make a power point or a video to "teach" the class about their part of the chapter. They did GREAT! They will make wonderful teachers. I did not help them at all. Check our the power points and videos below.

This week we are learning about rotation, reflection and translation and what they do. Such as, reflection flips, translation slides, and rotation turns. We are also learning about the Alamo. We researching on people of the Alamo. We are also building the Alamo as it looked back then. Whenever we are finished building it, we will tell what we researched and video it. Then we will show it to the other 4th grade classes.

My name is Caitlen Sutton and this week we learned about space. We have space projects due the 27th mine is the andromeda. We learned how to name lines Mrs. Thompson said its a 5th grade skill. We are not gonna be here for 2 extra days. I can't wait until the day of the taks, because I want to write a story in 1 day so bad.We all wrote a story this week about someone we admire. I admire my aunt because shes a teacher. Ever since she became a teacher I've wanted to become a teacher. I think Mrs. Thompson is the best teacher ever.
